Client: Stretton Sugwas Village Hall Committee

Date: 2017

Contract Value: £265,000

Works to refurbish the 1930's timber framed village hall at Stretton Sugwas involved the partial demolition of heavily decayed timber frame members and their replacement. A new roof was installed and three new extensions to form a modern kitchen and servery , new meeting room and first aid bay, disabled toilet, new male and female toilets and baby changing room, along with upgraded heating and ventilation systems, new electrics throughout including hearing aid loop and A.V equipment.

Externally the whole hall was clad with high levels of insulation and finished with coloured render, a new wheelchair friendly access ramp was constructed and the car park was enlarged and resurfaced providing much needed parking.
