Three new build individual Eco friendly executive houses built in the heart of the village of Llangrove , nr Ross on Wye.
New access entrance off the highway and connection to mains sewer along with water and electricity connections were carried out by Owen Pell.

These modern energy efficient timber frame houses were fitted with the latest Solar Electricity generating panels and have high efficiency boilers coupled with high levels of insulation throughout to ensure that running costs are kept to a minimum.
