Works to upgrade the octagonal, self supporting Reciprocal framed pavilion at the Steiner Academy - Much Dewchurch, to achieve a building that is a stand alone multi-use facility. The whole building is heated by an energy efficient air source heat pump in winter, which also cools in the summer.
Owen Pell Ltd also carried out over 200 metres of service trenching across the school site to ensure that the pavilion is connected to the schools Fire alarm, security alarm, and fibre optic communications as well as water and electric supplies. Full non slip disabled access and illuminated Pathways were also provided to this facility.

The Walls, floor and roof structure were in filled with high levels of insulation and clad with locally sourced Douglas Fir weatherboarding, the interior has been fitted out with low energy lighting, full kitchen area and toilet facility.
