Owen Pell Ltd was appointed to deliver Phase 2 pre-construction and enabling works for a Grand Designs project in Bryngwyn, Powys. The project involved the transformation of an existing reinforced concrete water tank, preparing the structure for the next stage of a residential development
Working alongside specialist contractors, our team coordinated access and supervised the specialist survey and concrete cutting works. We managed the controlled removal of reinforced concrete sections and internal steelwork, alongside the removal of the tank roof and three internal supports. Confined space and work-at-height controls were carefully managed throughout the key stages of the works.
