Footway and Cycleway linking Hereford City with Rotherwas Futures Enterprise Zone and Rotherwas Industrial Estate. The project entailed site clearance, laying foundations, drainage system and tarmac top coat surfacing.
Owen Pell also oversaw the landscaping, signage, street lighting, electrical engineering, road markings and provision of modern sculpures situated along the route.
