Owen Pell were awarded the contract for the Creation of all weather accessible pathways and retaining structures to the schools Garden area . The works enable all students and teaching staff to access this area and achieve DDA Compliancy.
Owen Pell also renewed the water harvesting irrigation system for the garden and provided waters taps in numerous locations to ensure the harvested grey water is used as much as possible keeping down the use of fresh water. Side walls were built to retain the new pathways with hollow core walling which was filled with soil to have planting placed within. The spoil from the site was used in different areas of the school to cut down on waste leaving the site
