Client: Hazelhurst Care Home
12 bedroom extension to existing care home. Traditional construction methods, with beam and block floor installed to sloping site with access restrictions. Site wide services were upgraded and a new heating system was installed to service the care home as a whole.
Each new bedroom was complimented with an ensuite, and a new kitchen and living areas was created for living space. A new lift was installed to connect the new extension with the ground floor of the existing home.
