A complete refurbishment of listed historic gate house, for new holiday let accommodation. Structural, roof and masonry repairs were complemented by a complete new mechanical and electrical services scheme design which met all new energy consumption requirements.
Decorative stonework, bespoke furniture and bathroom designs were replicated from the main Court to which the Gate House originally served. All original features were maintained and sympathetically refurbished to create the vision of the architect and client.
