Construction of a closed-circuit cycle track, approximately 1.06km in length. With associated footpaths, hardstandings, external lighting, fencing, landscaping and drainage.
Owen Pell were assigned this project by Halo Leisure to provide a recreational cycle track for their members and the public. The Cycletrack was opened in September 2023.

Situated next to Hereford Racecourse the project was completed in September 2023.
