Preparation of existing brownfield site ready for sale of plots. To include plot access roads, approximately 560m, associated cycleways, walkways and street lighting. Groundworks to accommodate and co-ordination with utility providers, electricity, gas, water and telecommunications.
Surface water drainage installation, approximately 700m, pipe diameters ranging from 150mm – 450mm, together with swales approximately 310m, headwalls, pond and hydrobrake. Landscaping works to pond, supply and planting of new trees, hedges, flowers and grassed areas, timber post and rail fencing, timber decking, picnic benches and seating.
