Owen Pell were appointed by Herefordshire Council to carry out the following works; Phase 1 external landscaping works Excavation of existing tarmac and block paving surface Extension of low level retaining wall Installation of conservation kerbs and brackendale sandstone paving Surface water drainage installation Procurement and placing of ‘map artwork’ paving and character stones on raised plinth Supply and installation of handrails to the ramp and paved area/retaining wall.
Owen Pell completed this project whilst the existing car park remained in use and access maintained for residents and businesses.
